Number of teams (men’s / women’s): 24/24 Teams (Main draw). Minimum two teams per gender per country.

Entry Procedure, Seeding: The teams have to be registered by their National Volleyball Federation using the registration form ‘2019_MEVZA_Beach_U16U18U20-registration_form‘. The form has to be sent to secretary@mevza.org as well as to beach@mevza.org & marko@savic.cc . Deadline:

• Spot registration via e-mail marko@savic.cc: -45 days (16th of April, 2019);
• Team registration: -28 days (3rd of May, 2019).

Official Ball: Mikasa VLS 300.
Regulations: According MEVZA Beach Regulations 2018.
Competition format: Main Draw: Pool play (6 groups with four teams), Round of 16, Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Finals. From Round of 16 single elimination, – 1st, 2nd & 3rd round of Pool Play. – 5th to 24th place.

Teams main draw: 14 teams directly qualified (2 teams per country per category); 2 teams host country per category; 2 teams per country per category from each MEVZA National Volleyball Federation. 10 teams directly qualified; 2 teams per category Wild Card issued by Organizers; 6 additional teams per category by MEVZA National Volleyball Federations or guest countries (CEV National Volleyball Federations). Any free spot in the Main Draw will be filled by guest and/or host country teams. Seeding according to CEV Ranking.
Technical meetings: Preliminary Inquiry Main Draw (Men & Women): Friday, June 1 Evening at 8 pm; Saturday, June 2 Evening at 8 pm.
Main draw date:

• Arrival: Friday, May 31, 2019 (check-in after 15h);
• Registration & Photo shooting at the venue, Friday, May 31, 2019, 16:00 (please be on time at the venue);
• Main Draw: June 1 – June 2, 2019 (Saturday – Sunday).

Delegation: 1 official per 2 teams.
Accreditation: Organizers will ensure that all Organizing Committee members, Officials, referees, players, coaches, physiotherapists, VIP’s, journalists, technical staff, court personnel, volunteers, will be able to access the designated venue areas.

Officials & Player’s hotel: Organizers will provide accommodation and meals.
Sports equipment – jerseys: Obligation for participants / National Volleyball Federation of participants.
Travel Costs: Each team bears its own return travel expenses to the official competition venue. The Organizer must provide the teams with transportation from the official accommodation to the venue in case it is not in walking distance.

Food & Lodging: Each National Volleyball Federation (NVF) shall pay 30 EUR of the “unique fee” per day to be the paid directly to the organiser for each member of its delegation (max. 2.5 persons per team, max 2 teams per category); additional teams are completely paid by the teams themselves. Unique fee: € 60.- per day (incl. full board) per person. MEVZA will cover the remaining 30 EUR, valid only for MEVZA NVF members, paid directly to the organizer. (max. 2.5 persons per team, max 2 teams per category); additional teams are completely paid for by the teams themselves.
Official People: MEVZA technical supervisor. Referees. For an official person „Per diem“ is 85eur per day plus accommodation, board and travel cost.
